This rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) has imposed an unsettling, fluid situation upon our community and its businesses. While the team here at Burlington Hyundai still aims to maintain a “business as usual” approach, we are making a number of significant changes to our operations to account for a situation that is far from normal.
Effective immediately, Burlington Hyundai will be updating our hours of operation as follows.
While we continue to accept appointments as usual and our Service Drive-Thru remains open, we have made provisions to accommodate those unable or those who feel uncomfortable coming to our facility. If you need automotive service, please call 905-633-8818 we can pick up and drop off your vehicle. It will be washed and common touchpoints disinfected prior to being returned to you.
While we are still offering vehicle test drives, we have implemented a policy whereby all those who wish to test drive a vehicle must wear special latex gloves (available at our reception area) in order to ensure the public’s safety.
In addition to everything above, we continue to take every action consistent with guidance from Health Canada, as well as provincial and local authorities. This includes, but is not limited to increased frequency and depth of cleaning and disinfecting services, a minimum of twice-daily checking of soap and paper towel supply in all washrooms, temporary suspension of coffee service and recommended practices that avoid handshaking and respecting social distances.
Of course, as this situation remains fluid, it must be said that all of these policy changes are subject to change as they evolve.
