This rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) has imposed an unsettling, fluid situation upon our community and its businesses. At Burlington Hyundai, we are making a number of significant changes to our operations to account for a situation that is far from normal.
While we continue to accept service appointments we have made provisions to accommodate those unable or those who feel uncomfortable coming to our facility. If you need automotive service, please call 905-633-8818. We can provide you with options for pick up and delivery of your vehicle or discuss our protocols for in-person drop-off and pick up. All vehicles coming in for service will be washed and all common touchpoints will be disinfected prior to being returned.
Our Service Department is fully functional with some small adjustments. When you arrive for your appointment please park in the service parking area beside the drive thru.
Walk to the service door and follow the steps below:
1. Put your keys in the envelope provided.
2. Fill the envelope form out completely with your current contact information.
3. Date and sign the envelope. Please do not seal (moisten) the envelope.
4. Place the envelope in the service dropbox.
5. A service advisor will follow up with you to confirm your service request within moments.
6. You will be contacted on the completion of your service, schedule a pick-up of your vehicle and for payment.
7. Before arriving to pick up, call your advisor directly. They will meet you at your vehicle with your keys and receipt.
