This review is a little overdue, but I wanted to publicly thank Eric and Allan of Burlington Hyundai for diagnosing and fixing my Santa Fe’s battery issue (a poor connection) BEFORE the service center even opened when I didn’t have an appointment and was from out-of-state. They were short on mechanics that day and were booked out for a week, so I would’ve been stranded in VT after dropping off my UVM freshman if they hadn’t gone the extra mile to help a stranger (mind you, I wanted an excuse to stay in VT, but I did need to get back to work). To top it all off, they wouldn’t even let me pay anything!
